Facility Reservation Information
Each reservation of The Barn includes access to the following amenities:
  • Ten (10) 8-foot banquet tables
  • Twenty-five (25) 6-foot round tables
  • One hundred fifty (150) folding chairs
  • One hundred (100) banquet chairs
  • One (1) cocktail table
  • Mobile TV display with phone or laptop connectivity (HDMI cord required)
  • Microphone (located in the front office desk, top right drawer, in a black plastic container)
  • Surround sound system to play music throughout The Barn and patios that's compatible with Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube
  • The kitchen serves as a catering prep area and includes a microwave and a standard-size refrigerator with a built-in freezer
    Please note: There is no oven or stove, and cooking is not permitted in the facility
 
How to Reserve The Barn
IMPORTANT: Reservations are only accepted up to 6 months (180 days) in advance
Please follow the steps below to complete your reservation:
 
Step 1: Review Required Documents
Before submitting your request, please review the following:
 
Step 2: Submit a Rental Request
Click on your desired rental date using the calendar below.
Select an available time slot.
Complete the event information form on the redirected page.

You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps within 2 business days.

Step 3: Vendor Information
If you plan to have a vendor at your event (e.g., caterers, DJs, entertainers), please complete the Vendor Permit Form.
 
Step 4: Submit Payment
Once your rental request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed payment instructions.
Please note: Your reservation is not confirmed until security deposit has been received.
