Assessment Information
Homeowners become members of the Overland Master Community Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying quarterly dues to support community operations and reserve funds. Master HOA Assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1). Assessments received after the 10th of each quarter are subject to late fees.
Assessments allow the Association to provide the high-quality service our homeowners expect, including common area landscaping, community entryways, parks, trails, and playgrounds, community center, pool, and more. HOA payments are the homeowner's responsibility per quarter—they are NOT part of your mortgage or escrow accounts, which you created at closing.
• 2026 Master Association Assessment: $210.00 per quarter.
The Townhomes and The Gardens neighborhoods in Overland are subject to a benefited assessment for their parcels. Benefited assessments are in addition to the Master Assessment. The additional cost covers items such as insurance, landscaping, maintenance, and snow removal on the common space in benefited areas.
• Gardens Benefitted Service Assessment: Additional $159.00 per quarter ($369.00/quarter Total with the Master Assessment)
• Townhomes Benefitted Service Assessment: Additional $189.00 per quarter ($399.00/quarter Total with the Master Assessment)
