Assessments

Homeowners become members of the Overland Master Community Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying monthly dues to support community operations and reserve funds.
 
Master HOA Assessments are due on the 1st of each month.  Assessments received after the 10th of each month are subject to late fees. 
 
2021 Overland Master Assessment: $55.00 per month
Direct Debit
 
Direct debit allows for payments to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each quarter.
 
To sign up for direct debit, please complete the direct debit form (PDF) and return it and a copy of a voided check to the Association Office. Forms can also be emailed to achsetup@ccmcnet.com or faxed to 480-921-7564.
Online
 
Payments can be made online by eCheck, credit card or automatic withdraw through UnionBank.
 
The automatic withdrawal option is valid for one year and then must be rescheduled.
Mail
 
Payments can be mailed to the address listed on assessment statements.
 
The detachable coupon portion of the statement must be included with the payment.
